Job Description

You will serve as the primary point of communication for domestic and international art projects, overseeing the overall progress of art exhibitions—from planning and proposal to installation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirement hearings and build consensus with clients (art galleries, sponsors, etc.)
• Plan and develop spatial production and exhibition concepts, and deliver presentations
• Negotiate and conclude contracts
• Define requirements, handle spatial design and planning, and prepare documentation
• Long-term business trips to exhibition locations (average of 2–4 months per year)
• Adjust production schedules and manage quality and costs
• Communicate and coordinate with engineers
